Our Founder
Zsate Lewis founded The People Business Holdings with a simple but powerful belief: people are the true heartbeat of every business. Her passion for helping others feel seen and understood has been shaped by a life spent crossing cultures, industries, and leadership roles.
Years living in Japan transformed the way Zsate viewed connection. Immersed in a culture that values harmony, respect, and intentional communication, she developed a deep appreciation for how people’s lived experiences shape the way they show up at work and in life. That global lens continues to guide her work today — meeting people where they are and building bridges of understanding across every level of an organization.
Her expertise was further sharpened through the #1-ranked Master’s in Organization Development program at Pepperdine University, where she trained alongside leaders from around the world. There, she learned how to turn human potential into sustainable organizational growth and how to design systems that allow people to thrive.
Zsate’s vision for The People Business is to be a connector and a voice for the unheard — creating spaces where CEOs, managers, and employees alike can find solutions, support, and empowerment. Whether through leadership workshops, one-to-one coaching, or her newest platform The People’s Corner, her mission is clear: to transform workplaces by putting people first.
